Developer Arlington has submitted plans for a new warehouse logistics park in Reading.
The 8.5-acre site adjacent to junction 11 of the M4 will comprise four units ranging in size from 24,150 to 69,070 sq ft totalling 162,250 sq ft
The scheme will be known as Reading International Logistics Park and will be marketed by joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton and Haslams.
