Global returns management platform ReBOUND has chosen Raju Dhanhoa to become its new operations director.
Dhanhoa joins the company from sports retailer and ReBOUND customer Surfdome, he brings unique consumer and retailer understanding to deliver better solutions across the returns lifecycle.
Dhanhoa said: “For too long returns has been the forgotten child of the supply chain but ReBOUND have shown how impactful getting it right can be for retailers. When working with them at Surfdome I was blown away by the speed and scalability of their service.”
