Barclays has appointed CBRE’s Manchester office to bring to market two warehouses on the Roundthorn Industrial Estate near Manchester Airport.
CBRE will project manage the fit-out of on the two units (56,486 sq ft and 37,332 sq ft) and launch the refurbished units to market for lease. The units, totalling 93,818 sq ft can be let to a single occupier or two separate tenants.
The premises are located within two miles of the A5103 Princess Parkway and Junction 3a of the M56 motorway, providing direct access to the airport and the M60.
Andrew Farrer, associate director of advisory & transaction services at CBRE Manchester, said: “Following refurbishment, the two industrial units will provide occupiers with an excellent opportunity to lease modern warehouse accommodation in a South Manchester market, where there is limited comparable supply.”
