The Road Haulage Association has launched a petition calling on the French government to use the military to restore law and order in Calais, and put an end to Operation Stack.
Chief executive Richard Burnett said: “I am calling for everybody in the country to sign the on-line petition as every name added makes our campaign stronger.”
