Rivieccio has been with UPS for 34 years and succeeds Nando Cesarone, who is becoming president of UPS International and member of UPS’s Management Committee.
“Lou comes to Europe at a time when we are investing in our network to improve speed, add capacity and service the demand we’re seeing driven by e-commerce and cross-border trade,” said Jim Barber, UPS chief operating officer. “I have no doubt that Lou’s knowledge and experience will ensure on-going success and growth for us and our customers in this key region of the world.”
