Following a lucrative round of Series D funding and a tripling of revenue since 2020, Exotec has solidified its expansion into North America with the opening of a new headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
Founded in France in 2015, Exotec is a global provider of warehouse robotics and automation. This year, the company celebrated building its 3,000th robot.
The office is designed to ‘support and facilitate Exotec’s North American business growth, which is expected to represent as much as 40% of Exotec’s global business by 2025’.
Co-founder and Chief Executive Romain Moulin opened the office in a ceremony on 1 December. He said: “Our rapid growth in the North American market demonstrates a strong demand for scalable and high-performance warehousing robotics solutions.”
Chris Clark, President and Chief Executive of Exotec’s Georgia Chamber, explained that the decision to base its headquarters in Georgia is “a testament to the state becoming a major technology hub”.
