Royal Mail is in discussions regarding the possible sale of part of its huge Mount Pleasant sorting office near Kings Cross in central London.
There has been press speculation that it could raise as much as £200 million by selling part of the site.
In a statement, the company said: “The discussions are on-going and there is no certainty as to when or whether any transaction will be agreed.”
