Truck rental company Ryder has secured a contract hire deal with Doncaster-based BJS Storage & Distribution. Ryder will deliver 50 new curtainside, tri-axle trailers built by Montracon, which will replace older vehicles in BJS’ existing 120 trailer haulage fleet.
“As our business expands it is essential to have modern high specification equipment in the fleet to ensure we can always meet customer requirements,” said Richard Hall, director at BJS.“Our trucks operate nationally and as our business continues to grow it was becoming increasing important to have a first class nationwide breakdown and repair solution in place.”
