Savills is to become the sole agent for DP World London Gateway Logistics Park responsible for marketing.
There is also opportunity for up to 9 million sq ft of industrial and logistics space. In February, DP World London Gateway will begin work on the speculative development of a 231,000 sq ft unit to be completed by late 2019.
