SEGRO plc has bought three logistics buildings located in Holland for almost €93 million. The combined space across all three sites is 104,000 sq m, and was purchased from private Dutch developer, Dok Vast.
Two out of three buildings are less than three years old and located in Tilburg – an important area of Holland because of its inland port. These buildings are let to Networks OY, Tesla Motors Netherlands BV, and Nokia Solutions.
Phil Redding, SEGRO’s chief investment officer, said: “Tilburg is a prime logistics market with a shortage of quality supply, low vacancy and strong occupier demand, and should benefit further from future expansion of the port.”
