Peel Logistics Property has been given the green light to develop a 838,000 sq ft logistics park in Sheffield.
Sheffield City Council has given full planning consent for phase one of the development comprising 179,000 sq ft was agreed, as well as outline permission for the 660,000 sq ft phase two.
Two units are proposed in phase one. Unit one will be 45,000 sq ft and unit Two 134,000 sq ft.
