CM Downton, part of EV Cargo, has won a three-year logistics contract with Smurfit Kappa, transporting packaging products from two manufacturing sites in the south-west.
Downton said the contract has ‘excellent synergies’ with its current contracts in the region and would help enhance efficiency and further reduce empty mileage.

The addition of this major new contract with Smurfit Kappa has marked our intentions for the year.
