Delivery management software supplier Sorted has won contracts with retailers Mulburry and Homebase.
Mulberry, which operates 120 stores in 20 countries, said it chose Sorted to help drive its international growth and improve web conversions. It will use Sorted software to unify its order processing system and upgrade its delivery proposition.
Meanwhile Homebase is using Sorted software to manage shipping, warehouse efficiency and customer experience.
Following the contract wins the Manchester-based firm said it has helped facilitate the shipment of £1 billion worth of goods in 2019.
Sorted’s distribution management software went live in ASOS’s distribution centre in February. Since then 10 million parcels have been shipped.
David Grimes, founder and CEO of Sorted, said: “Consumer expectations have never been higher than they are now. And by constantly refining and driving innovation in the delivery experience sector we are becoming retailers’ secret weapon of choice.”
