Real estate developer Panattoni has announced the completion of its 80,000ft² last-mile logistics development near Heathrow Airport.
Known as Panattoni Poyle 80, the facility is a net zero carbon development that was built to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards with an EPC ‘A’ rating.
It features a 50m service yard, five dock doors, two level access doors, a 12.5m clear internal height and 37 car parking spaces with 20% EV charging provision.
