FreestyleXtreme, the action sports retailer, has replaced its existing carrier management platform with Route Genie software from iForce.
Bristol-based FreestyleXtreme is seeing 40 per cent year-on-year growth in business with some 70 per cent of orders now coming from overseas. Route Genie allows it quickly to determine how best to use its carrier relationships and even divert traffic if any of their carriers have service issues. Volumes can be spread across multiple carriers, helping the retailer to manage the strain of future peak seasons and extraordinary circumstances.
