St Modwen is reaching the completion of its largest warehouse, at 321,000 sq ft in Tamworth.
The new unit, T321, is part of the wider 1,524,600 sq ft logistics site St Modwen Park, Tamworth.
The space will be available for immediate occupation and follows the completion of three spec sheds at St Modwen’s flagship development which ranges from 12,000 sq ft -49,000 sq ft.
There are further developments planned, which would create 1,700 new jobs in the local area.
St Modwen said it developed the spec sheds in response to what it believed was a lack of supply of big shed industrial units in the area was recognised.
T321 is close to Junction 10 of the M42.
Joint agents for the site, Katie Monks, associate director at Savills and Sam Robinson, associate director at Colliers, said: “This is a highly desirable site right at the heart of the Midlands logistics network with unparalleled motorway access and market-leading design and specification.”
