St. Modwen Logistics has secured planning permission for more than one million ft2 of warehouse and industrial space in six locations nationwide.
Demand for logistics space has increased dramatically in the last 18 months and continues to rise, with Q3 year-to-date take-up 37% above the long-term annual average.
As a result, St. Modwen Logistics is experiencing growth in the Southwest region, where St Modwen Park Gloucester has recently been granted planning for 227,000ft2 of space with a further 115,572ft2 has approved for St Modwen Park Newport in Wales.
Planning consent is also secured in the Midlands region, with the final phases set to be delivered at St Modwen Park Lincoln, amounting to 459,440ft2, there is 80,000ft2 approved in St Modwen Park Broomhall in Worcester, approval for a 155,000ft2 unit at The Cofton Centre in Longbridge, Birmingham and 255,000ft2 at St Modwen Park Stoke Central, in Stoke-on-Trent.
