St Modwen has secured detailed planning for a warehouse at its Stoke Central scheme on Stoke-on-Trent, which has been pre-let to an offsite construction specialist.
A 133,670 sq ft facility will be built on a 12.25 acre plot at the developer’s 46-acre scheme after securing detailed planning consent from Stoke Council. It will have 120,753 sq ft of warehouse space as well as two storey offices totalling 12,917 sq ft.
St. Modwen Park Stoke Central is strategically positioned in close proximity to the A500, providing direct access to junctions 15 & 16 of the M6 and the central commercial areas of the Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme conurbation.
St Modwen is currently speculatively developing a 43,311 sq ft warehouse on the scheme which has 10m eaves, a 50kn/sqm floor, a 46 – 52m yard as well as two dock and two level access doors.
