St. Modwen has signed car dealership Stoneacre Motor Group to its 27-acre industrial and logistics development in Doncaster.
The dealership group has signed a 15-year lease for 65,100 sq ft of refurbished space at St. Modwen Park Doncaster, previously known as Parkside Business Park, which already hosts a mixture of engineering, automotive, and logistics occupiers including Bosch and DB Schenker.
Located on a major arterial route between Doncaster, the M18 and the A1 – and just eight miles from Doncaster Sheffield Airport – the 500,000 sq ft site is a mix of newly developed business units and refurbished space and has proven popular with businesses looking for a base in South Yorkshire.
