Transport Exchange Group (TEG) has launched a messaging tool that is set to assist in improving communication through its freight trading platforms. Freight Messenger is a chat tool for TEG’s internal teams and trading partners which is designed to reduce administration and streamline operational processes.
“Freight Messenger delivers simple, safe and secure business communication across our road transport community,” said Simon Bunegar, TEG’s head of business development.
The new tool will enable member-to-member communication with key internal and external contacts to simplify the booking and management of loads and available vehicles.
