Audio-visual equipment rental and event production company AT Communications has agreed a new 15-year lease with property company SEGRO, trebling the size of its space at SEGRO Park North Feltham in West London.
AT Communications is moving from its existing 8,760ft² facility at the site to a new 26,518ft² unit, in order to ‘facilitate further expansion and provide the base to deliver even greater service to its clients throughout London, the South East and the UK as a whole’.
The company first moved to SEGRO Park North Feltham in 2017. With units ranging from 4,000ft² to 20,000ft², the site is home to major logistics companies including FedEx, UPS and XPO Logistics.
Andrew Thomas, managing director at AT Communications, said: “Following on from a highly successful seven years in our previous premises, we’re continuing to evolve and develop our business.
“We’re delighted to extend our relationship with SEGRO, and our fantastic new London premises provides us with a terrific platform for further growth. We look forward to many more years of success there.”
This agreement takes the total occupancy rate at SEGRO Park North Feltham to 97.3%, which SEGRO says ‘demonstrates the enduring customer demand for industrial warehouses’.
