The Information Factory, a software developer focusing on data analysis and data-driven software solutions, has expanded its business intelligence portfolio with the launch of Report Pro, a solution for performance reports and analysis.
One of the motivations behind the launch of Report Pro was the need to address increasing pressure margins, time, customer expectation, service standards, and shipment sensitivity in the logistics industry.
The company says that Report Pro complements its Business Intelligence-as-a-Service offering by providing an end-to-end solution aimed at smaller companies.
Report Pro is fully-automated, eliminating the need for repetitive and time-consuming report preparation. According to The Information Factory, reporting is customised to client key performance indicators (KPIs) and the service is ‘easily scalable both in terms of report numbers and users’.
Robert Jordan, Chief Executive of The Information Factory, said: “We wanted to provide a flexible business intelligence service that anybody can use.
“Many of our solutions are focused on large and enterprise-sized companies, but SMEs face exactly the same challenges. With Report Pro, smaller companies gain end-to end visibility and analytics power to drive their business forward.”
The Information Factory (i616) will be at IntraLogisteX on 28-29 March 2023 at the NEC Birmingham. For more information, visit www.intralogistex.co.uk.
