The Logistics and Supply Chain Conference at The Waldorf Hilton in Aldwych continues today.
Guests will hear from Adam Smith, STP director at Diageo, who will be talking about the synchronisation of supply chains with consumers – specifically looking at how to achieve end-to-end visibility and understand markets.
Carlsberg’s global supply chain academy director Neil Bales will discuss the importance of people and sales and operation planning. Following Neil, is Calum Lewis, operations director at Lego, who will also be focussing on sales and operation planning.
As well as this, representatives from Unipart, Nestlé, Nottingham Trent University, National Grid, DynaSys, Diageo and accomplished author Mark Miller, will all be speaking at the event.
