Three units at the £11 million speculative industrial development Tunstall Arrow in Stoke-on-Trent have been pre-let prior to completion.
The 130,000 sq ft scheme in Tunstall comprises five detached industrial units that range from 10,208 sq ft to 43,500 sq ft. Units are being built to high specification and come with self-contained yards and office space.
Unit one is 43,500 sq ft and has been taken by balustrade manufacturer Q-Railing has taken unit one, a space, with early access provided for fit-out works.
Netherlands based Boels Rental which largest provider of hire equipment and tools in Europe has taken on 10,208 sq ft unit three.
And unit four, comprising 20,465 sq ft, has been leased to Pramac-Generac UK. It manages and distributes its world leading products to the hire, rail, construction and infrastructure sectors.
The three occupiers have agreed 15-year lease terms.
