Trakm8 Holdings has conditionally agreed to acquire Route Monkey Holdings, a provider of technology to optimise fleet routing, for some £9.1 million.
Trakm8 said Route Monkey would add new and complementary technology capability to Trakm8 in the field of fleet route planning including a strong capability for electric vehicles.
It plans to integrate Route Monkey’s algorithms and related software into Trakm8’s telematics and camera services.
