Procter & Gamble’s approach to transforming supply chains will come under the microscope when the Supply Chain Conference gets underway today.
Onofrio Caradonna, P&G’s Europe product supply share services leader, will look at the transformation process to create a customer-centric supply network.
His presentation will include a discussion of supply network synchronisation, the process of E2E supply chain visibility, and the potential for cutting delivery times by up to 50 per cent.
