Transmec UK, the global logistics company, has appointed Graham Astle as its new transport manager at the company’s West Thurrock depot.
Astle will oversee lorry movements, maximise the efficiency of Transmec’s UK operation and manage the company’s network of European drivers while they are operating in the UK.
“Graham is an experienced logistics professional and he brings a wealth of relevant expertise to our business,” said John Simkins, Transmec UK’s general manager. “As we continue to expand our UK operations, Graham will be instrumental in helping us deliver a fast, reliable service to customers.”
