C&D Express Transport has paid £1.5 million for a new 69,000 sq ft depot in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, from IMI Property Investments.
The new facility will help the company expand. Managing Director of C&D Express Transport, Lee Ducker, said: “The acquisition of Rawson Spring Way, Sheffield is an integral part of the next phase of our expansion and increases our ability to hold more goods for our customers.”
Gent Visick and Howell Brooks acted for IMI Property Investments, the purchaser was unrepresented.
