Trebor and Hillwood have announced the practical completion of their latest industrial scheme, Access @ Eastern Gateway Ipswich.
This development, now ready for occupation, offers units ranging from 12,897 to 52,491ft2, marking a significant addition to Ipswich’s burgeoning commercial landscape.
The project, part of the larger Eastern Gateway commercial park, solidifies the area’s status as Ipswich’s premier industrial and logistics hub. With the main construction contract awarded to Magrock Ltd in the summer of 2023, the scheme was completed on schedule, delivering top-tier facilities designed to meet the highest standards of sustainability, including BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
The new units join a roster of existing tenants, including Amazon and La Doria.

The marketing efforts for these new units are being managed by Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills.
