Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood, have agreed lease terms with Oxford Instruments Nanotechnology Tools for a new manufacturing and office development at Central Approach site, Bristol.
Planning consent has now been granted by the local authority for the development, which will commence on site in March 2021 providing quality and high-tech space, measuring at 107,660 sq ft and will be complemented by an extensive high tech fit out to meet Oxford Instruments’ requirements, which will be relocating from their existing site.
Matt Kelly, Managing Director for Plasma Technology Oxford Instruments said: “Our new site will be a modern, leading edge laboratory, manufacturing and office environment for our colleagues, customers, and collaboration partners.”
James Drew, Development Director for Trebor, on behalf of Trebor and Hillwood added: “In addition to Oxford Instruments’ building, we will be developing at the same time a further building of 113,000 sq ft on a speculative basis.”
