iForce has secured a long-term contract to supply fulfilment services to The Craft Channel. The TV channel was launched in September 2015 – and iForce has been brought in to establish a warehousing operation and management of its parcel carriers.
“As a relatively young channel, we were looking for an experienced partner that could provide a host of professional fulfilment services while helping our organisation to drive further efficiencies across the supply chain,” said Dali Graham, director at The Craft Channel. “iForce certainly ticks all of those boxes and we look forward to establishing a relationship that is both successful and prosperous.”
The Craft Channel has chosen iForce Gateway, the company’s original fulfilment service that powered by the iForce proprietary software SMART, which will be deployed in the iForce shared user warehouse in Saltley, Birmingham.
“We were able to demonstrate to them that we will deploy the highest standard of software and operational capability to meet all of the aspirations of a growing business,” said Brian Gaunt, CEO, iForce. “The fact that our software and operational capability underpinned the start-up of e-commerce warehouse operations for John Lewis over 10 years ago and continues to support them to-day was re-assuring to them.”
