Two industrial and distribution centres measuring 164,000 sq. ft and 106,202 sq. ft at are to be speculatively developed at Nimbus Park, Doncaster by Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities.
The Nimbus Park developments will have clear internal heights of 15m and 12m, fully contained secure yards and high-quality office accommodation.
“It is great to see activity on Nimbus Park, with the development of two high quality buildings at a time when there is increased occupier demand and focus on the South Yorkshire market,” said Rachel Wood from Sladen Estates.
Both properties are to be completed by March 2019. Bowmer & Kirkland has been appointed as main contractor.
