Graysons Freight Services and MLH Transport will join Palletforce to cover postcodes in Cambridgeshire.
The two new members will provide coverage of CB and CM postcodes in and around Cambridge and their addition is part of a wider strategy to strengthen the network across East Anglia, with further developments lined up for the future.
Graysons is located on a 50,000 sq ft warehousing complex based in Haverhill and is covered by HMRC for the use of dry and wet bonded goods. This is the first time the firm will join a network.
Stuart Jackson, MD at Grayson’s Freight said: “Joining a pallet network was part of our strategy for long-term growth, and the service and expertise of Palletforce, as well as their serious investment in IT and infrastructure, make them the perfect fit for our own aspirations.”
Jamie Langley, COO of MLH Transport, said: “Joining Palletforce offers us the opportunity to build volumes within a concentrated area, reduce lead times, and grow the collections side of our business.
“At the same time, the invaluable support provided by a network of this size has been a key factor in our decision to switch.”
