Pallet operator UPN has launched SmartPOD, a multi-platform live signature capture app specifically for its operation. The app enables UPN member to provide ‘100 per cent live signature capture’.
The app enables uploaded proof of delivery to be available within seconds of the delivery being made.
“We have a really talented team here at Lichfield,” said UPN group IT manager, Gary Flockhard. “It’s a team that has worked extremely hard to bring to market a unique industry leading app. The launch of SmartPOD will further improve UPN services and establish our IT leadership position in our sector.”
