Developer Verdion has completed its latest speculative warehouse at its 6 million ft2 iPort development in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The 174,380ft2 unit has now achieved BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating and is the first of four speculative buildings totalling of 680,000ft2 being delivered at iPort over the next eight months.
Two further units of 130,500ft2 and 116,000ft2 will be completed in May and June. A fourth unit of 260,000ft2 next to the site’s international rail freight terminal will complete in August 2022.
iPort’s remaining 1.7 million ft2 includes capacity for specialist buildings of up to 800,000ft2 alongside its programme of speculative development.
