The Grade A speculative warehouse has been built to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating. It has 12.5m eaves as well as 10 dock and two level access doors. It has 50kn/m2 floor loading, 106 car parking and 14 trailer parking spaces, in addition to a 50m yard and 1225 KVA incoming.
