Property developer Stoford Developments and its development partner, real estate investment management firm Oxenwood Real Estate, have completed the speculative development of a mid-box warehouse in Warrington.
Stone Cross 72 is a 72,740 sq ft warehouse unit of Grade A specification, located on the site of the former Carlsberg brewery depot at Yew Tree Way, Goldborne.
The new unit has 4,471 sq ft of Grade A first floor office accommodation, 52 car parking spaces, 50m yard depth, 50 kN/m2 warehouse floor loading, 12.5m eaves height and six dock level loading doors. GMI Construction was the principle contractor for the development.
Stone Cross 72 is the second phase of the Stone Cross Park scheme. Stoford and Oxenwood Real Estate sold the existing 126,000 sq ft logistics facility to global packaging firm, ALPLA, last year.
Joint agents are Gerald Eve, M1 Agency and DTRE.
