Whistl has invested in Prism DM, which offers a range of e-fulfilment services including B2C pick, pack and despatch, reverse logistics, cross dock and break bulk shipments and B2B distribution for wholesale and retail.
Prism DM has facilities in Farnborough and Rushden. Clients include: Long Tall Sally, Oliver Sweeney, Brand Alley, Warner Brothers Studios, Le Chameau, National Trust, Sport Pursuit, and Emma’s Diary.
Prism DM Holdings Ltd has two main subsidiaries, Just Data Systems Ltd and Prism DM Ltd, which together had a turnover of some £10m in the year to 31st January 2017.
As part of the deal Lieneke Happel will become the new managing director of Prism and will work with Rashpal Gill and the team. Mike Thom, founder director of Prism will stay with the business on a part-time basis for the next two years to help with its strategic development.
