Warehouse One Distribution has taken P150, a 150,000 sq ft distribution centre at Winsford.
The unit has been let by box manufacturer Schoeller Allibert, which adjoins the site in Winsford. The unit was surplus to its requirements.
Warehouse One Distribution, the third-party logistics operator, will use the unit to service several new contracts.
Sam Royle, of Cushman & Wakefield advised Schoeller Allibert. He said: “While e-commerce is still one of the main drivers in the sector, 2018 saw a boost in demand from 3PL’s with a flurry of deals towards the back end of the year. 3PL’s were the most active occupier group in the North West accounting for 30 per cent of take-up by volume last year.”
