Winvic has started installation of the cladding on a £44 million warehouse for engineering group Meggitt at Ansty Park, Coventry.
Work on site for the 367,000 sq ft unit began in October 2018 and the project will be completed in January 2020.
The contract was awarded by joint venture Manse Opus, a collaboration between Manse and Opus Land. Richard Smith, Opus Land joint managing director, said: “The large specialist manufacturing and test facility will also comprise Meggitt’s new international headquarters, which illustrates the global business’ long-term investment and confidence in the West Midlands’ economy and the UK manufacturing sector.”
