XPO Logistics has launched a new pallet distribution and groupage service between Europe and Morocco.
Customers are now able to ship from Europe to any destination in Morocco by using XPO’s European and domestic LTL network service, Red Europe®. The service is available inbound and outbound.
With no volume limits and a single-pallet minimum shipment, the service aims to allow customers to arrange regular imports and exports of all sizes. XPO will offer daily collections and twice-weekly shipments, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, in both directions.
Manuel Troitiño, Regional Director Morocco, Transport at XPO Logistics Iberia, commented: “This new service broadens our current Red Europe service offering, and strengthens XPO Logistics’ position as one of the largest transport operators between Europe and Morocco. We cross the Strait of Gibraltar over 10,000 times per year. And looking ahead to 2016, we are working on new projects designed to further expand our footprint in Morocco to meet our customers’ needs.”
