XPO Logistics has won a contract with Waitrose & Partners to provide multi-service regional and national distribution from two sites in Milton Keynes.
Under the contract XPO will operate the Magna Park Waitrose & Partners NDC and the Brinklow RDC for the food retail division of John Lewis Partnership. XPO will be responsible for warehouse operations and transport at the two sites.
The Magna Park NDC has approximately 950,000 sq ft of ambient warehouse space, with the Brinklow RDC dividing 320,000 sq ft between chilled, frozen, and ambient space for fast-moving SKUs.

XPO will manage the picking and dispatch of an estimated 93 million cases per year at the Magna Park and 50 million cases at Brinklow.
